Personal data shall be kept no longer than 10 years starting from the year of placing the application. 5. In the scope of your personal data you enjoy the right to access your personal data, rectify, delete and move it. 6. You enjoy the right to lodge a complaint to the president of the Personal Data Protection Bureau if considered that your personal data is kept with no compliance to the provisions. 7. Provision of your personal data is voluntary but essential to placing the application for Mayor of Gdańsk Fahrenheit Scholarship, to its evaluation and participation in the program.
